Summary:

The case revolves around the kidnapping of a costumed performer. His plays a non-official character of the Arashiyama area, located on the western outskirts of Kyoto. Nobody takes the kidnapping case seriously, but Yoshito says the case could be real and it might be related to a crowdfunding site
